How To Stop Your Hair From Breaking

If there’s one thing people; especially girls, cherish so much, it is their natural hair. It can cause a girl to break into tears if she wakes up and finds that her supposed long hair no longer reaches her shoulders, some parts have become short or that her hair just keeps cutting at every comb through.

There are a lot of hair problems hair lovers face from time to time, hair breakage is one of them. Follow these quick steps to get your hair in a healthy state.

Never Comb Your Hair Wet

Notice how the hair cuts casually when you comb it wet? that’s a no-brainer. Wet hair means that the hair is soft, could be tangled and quite easy to pull off. Dry up your hair after every wash before combing, even if it would cut, it definitely won’t be as bad as when you comb it wet.

Load Up And Double The Moisture

Try as much as possible not to leave your hair dehydrated, moisturize natural hair with a good hair care product as often as possible.

Don’t Be Too Comfortable With Dirty Hair

I know, i know, work and other engagements can be so time consuming that you don’t even have a minute for your own self, but you have to do what you have to do to have healthy and breathing hair. A lot of people are comfortable with dirty hair, so much that they carry it for even weeks, you shouldn’t subscribe to that if you are looking to love your hair. Wash your hair with proper shampoo as much as once in two weeks.

Trim As Much As Possible

You want your hair to always be even and on the same length, talk to your stylist every time you visit the salon after loosening your hair-do, to always trim your hair a little bit; so it stays on the same length and grows even.

Treat Your Hair Often

Hair treatment can be done at home with some natural approach or at the salon with placenta and the sorts. Opt for hair treatment at least every two months or even once a month.

Tie Your Hair To Sleep

It’s the hair, it shrinks and loses moisture real quick. Don’t leave your hair open to sleep, actually tie with a hair scarf or use a hair net.

Neatly Comb And Style

A lot of ladies are fond or probably too lazy to properly comb their natural hair, that’s something you’ll end up regretting too soon. Comb your hair neatly and style properly, do this every time

Avoid Tangling

This is the end result of leaving your hair uncombed for too long, you can loose 30% of your hair to tangling if you don’t take care of this.

Tone Down On Relaxers

Not every time retouch, sometimes; it does more good to just wash it with shampoo and leave it to rest.Too much of these relaxers cause damage to the hair and even scalp if done in excess.

Take your time to take proper ¬†care of your hair, you’ll be happy for it.

Cheers!
