Pancakes are amazing, about the best choice for breakfast when you are not feeling the whole serious cooking thing and you just want to make something quick, healthy, nice and satisfying. It’s been advised to never skip breakfast, that’s how you get your body prepared for the day.

Now here, Pancakes could be made with a lot of things that aren’t even flour, Bananas are one of the most perfect substitute for flour for Pancakes and you would be basking in some healthy, fruity breakfast.

Here’s how to make Banana Pancakes.

Things you’ll need: This might seem a little surprising but you only need two ingredients to get a plate of the Pancakes, they are Bananas and eggs and that’s it.

Peel off about 5 big bananas, mash or blend, break two eggs and blend together until smooth

Heat up a pan and scoop the mixture, pour in the empty but hot pan

Wait till it forms and hardens, flip the banana mixture, when brown, take it out and repeat with as much scoops as are left.

There you already have yourself some nice Banana Pancakes for the morning, top these with some sliced bananas and pour honey for what would be, a total package!
