The best time anybody wants to be their best and very productive is actually in the morning, when you can get your head straight and on track for whatever the day brings.
The struggle with getting things done as planned is usually real, too real in fact; people end their days not really reaching good conclusion and same repeats the next day, and even the next. Almost everything that needs to be done well, requires some level of conscious planning and effort, it basically all starts from the body and whether you would meet your daily goals or not, is seriously dependent on how ready your body is.
Here’s how you get your body to answer to you all day long, from doing these things in the morning.
Don’t joke with your night sleep
Sleep is one natural cure for a lot of things in the head, it just might be all you need to get your inspiration and creative strength back. You can’t work all day and be in the habit of having a 5-hour sleep all night, your body would definitely fight to have a balance and that would mean, wanting more rest than physical or mental work.
If you can bring yourself to workout every morning before anything else, you would be grateful for the results, its basically a way of giving back to your body, what you take from it.
Drink Healthy Water
Don’t underestimate the power of early morning water, especially when you have to go the healthy route and mix Lemon or honey in your water. Adding this to your morning routine would definitely change a thing or two about the way you feel the rest of the day.
Have a Bath
Even if you won’t exactly be going out or you’ll be working from home, a bath gets you officially started for the day, it’s a really good way to get your body refreshed, make you feel clean and prepared for work.
Don’t Skip Breakfast
Yes! and please. Breakfast is healthy, totally healthy and a perfect good for your productivity and readiness to work and get things done. Opt for healthy options when choosing what meal to have for breakfast, try not to make junks the first thing that goes into your tummy.
Have a to-do list, it’s old but gold, serves as a map to get you focused and aware of the things you have to do before the end of the day.
Face The Most Tasking Things First
Mornings are ideally for the more tasking things, the things that require wrapped attention and brain work, time actually flies when there’s so much to do and in the midst of trying to do too many things at the time when you are not even up to it, you end up having very little time and get nothing done.
Face the more pressing things in the morning, when your head is still in the right place .
In the middle of the day when you are sick of being in one place and uncomfortable with the same air or what not, get up, get out and talk a quick walk, probably stop at a place and buy an edible thing or two to snack on, walk back to work with a clear head.
Ever heard you have to be intentional about any change you want to see happen for you, make these conscious efforts and your days will be more productive
