The best feeling has got to be eating Snacks and not having to worry about ever putting up weight, but sadly; the reality is quite the opposite, there’s always some weight at the end of every careless eating spree. Weight loss always finds a way to stand in the way of things when it comes to snacks.

The best way out has always been going the healthy route, picking up every healthy option, as long as it fills you and keeps you properly shaped at the same time.

Thinking of snacking in between work or what not, there are lots of healthy options for snacks you can take.

Nuts

Don’t sleep on nuts, they are on the list of healthy things that are packed with beneficial properties for looks and even a better health. Nuts like Almonds, Tiger Nuts and Dates; are great bets to kickoff with.

Apple Slices With Peanut Butter 

Sounds like real snack to me. Slice fresh and clean apples into a bowl, get out some peanut butter, spread on Apple and snack away.

Hard Boiled Eggs

Sounds fattening, but contrary to popular belief; eggs are one of the most healthiest and weight loss foods you can add to your diet. Two large hard boiled eggs will get you going for the day!

Snacky Fruit Mix/Salad

Practically all fruits have water, but not all of them are crunchy. Slice fruits like Apples, Paw paw, Water melon and maybe pine apples in a food bowl, and enjoy.

Greek Yogurt With Bananas

Plain Greek yogurt are filling, anti-oxidant filled, and very high in protein, they go perfectly with bananas and berries; make the perfect snack before some real food.

Snacks are a part of us, it’s hard to go a day without some extra things asides food to snack on while we get down to work and things. If weight loss is what your goal is; then you should stick to healthy options.
