Cut Back On Caffeine

Always medically advised, it would serve a good purpose in this case too. Caffeine has been said to trigger the blood pressure, cutting back on it would put things in better shape.

Check Your BP Often

You can either check by yourself or use the Doctors’, either ways; be sure to know what level you and your blood pressure are at all times.

Reduce Physical Stress

You already have your blood pressure on the high side, further stress and less sleep are the next two things you don’t want in your life right now. As much as you can, find enough time to rest your head and get some good sleep, stress a little less.
