Actually Pray

Might sound cliche, but the first words you speak into your day are what becomes your experience, positive words attract same and prayer is an advanced way of speaking life into your day.

Have A Good Bath

You might have heard from your mother that a good bath gives a better mood when you are not feeling yourself, it does work the magic. Take your time with enough water to get you started for the day.

Music Does Great

Yeah, good music attracts good vibes and it does best when played in the morning, just before you get your hands on real work.

Brush Your Teeth

Because time flies and we catch ourselves being in a hurry way too much, some of us skip brushing our teeth. To avoid every chance of discomfort from the mouth, brush up your teeth and be sure that you are eating clean.

Don’t Skip Breakfast

If there’s anything the body wants so bad, it is breakfast, it stands as the most important meal of the day and your whole body feels better for it, it’s also healthy to have breakfast.

Dress Comfortably

You don’t want to spend the rest of your day adjusting a shirt or what not, wear something you will definitely be comfortable in so you know your appearance won’t be a part of your bother.

Exercise A Bit

Your bones need a little stretch and the best time to indulge them is in the morning, right after your alarm goes off and you have to get set for work. Take 30 minutes to stretch your bones and be enegised at least.

Drink Water

Water is a beautiful medicine that washes off toxins, studies show that drinking water in the morning is a healthy way of detoxifying your body.

Eat Fruits

Make fresh fruits a part of your diet, your skin would be happy for it.

Walk A Little

At different times during the way when the work load seems to be taking a toll on you, walk and stretch your legs to get a clear head and get back to work, always works well for your head and even creativity.

Cut Down On Junks

One of the best ways we cause ourselves to be unnecessarily weak and unmotivated is by eating just too many junks, cut down on your junk intake and try healthy snacks instead.
